TRS-80 Model 2000 Graphics Board The TRS-80 Model 2000 graphics board carried Tandy part# 26-5140 for the base black/white version and listed for $449.00. For an additional $199.00 it could be upgraded with the color graphics option, which carried Tandy part# 26-5141. Both versions were capable of displaying graphics on either the CM-1 color monitor or the VM-1 monochrome monitor (with the part# WA-0204 cable). Graphics modes went up to 640x400 with a scan frequency of 26.4 khz. There is a single DB-9 digital video-out port on the rear plate. The pinout of this connector is compatible with other digital monitors made for CGA/EGA, though the scan frequency is too high for most of these types of monitors.

To the best of my knowledge, there were never any additional video boards made for the Model 2000. This board is fairly common and produced sharp output.
